Privacy Policy

GONSAlive AI is an AI creation workspace operated by GONSAlive LLC (“GONSAlive”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the service at ai.gonsalive.com.

• Account data — email address, and the name and avatar you choose to add.
• Content you create — prompts, conversations, book blueprints, course outlines and content drafts you generate or save.
• Usage data — credit consumption, AI request counts, model token counts and timestamps, used for metering, billing accuracy and abuse prevention.
• Billing data — subscription status and identifiers provided by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.

To operate your account, generate the outputs you request, meter credits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and support you when you contact us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private project content for advertising.

When you run a generation, the relevant prompt and a bounded amount of the related project context are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to produce a response. We ask the provider not to retain the exchange for model training. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share with a third-party processor.

Data is stored in our managed PostgreSQL database with row-level security so that each account can only read its own records. Credentials for AI and payment providers live only on the server. Staff dashboards are restricted to authorised staff and are designed to show counts, statuses and usage metrics rather than your private content.

Your content is kept while your account is active. You can edit your profile, reset your password, manage or cancel your subscription, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, export or erase your data.
