Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GONSAlive AI, operated by GONSAlive LLC. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are effective as of August 2026.

You must provide a valid email address, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use; do not share access or automate sign-ups.

• Free — $0/month, 50 AI credits per month.
• Pro — $19.99/month, 500 AI credits per month.
• Premium — $39.99/month, 1,000 AI credits per month.

Credits are consumed when you run a generation and reset at the start of each period. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and unused credits do not roll over. Different tools consume different amounts of credits, shown in the app.

Premium costs $39.99 USD per month and includes 1,000 shared AI credits per monthly billing period, access to all Pro features, KDP Assistant and eligible future Premium features. Features may evolve as the service develops.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the next renewal date. Applicable taxes may be added during checkout.

Monthly AI credits reset at the start of each new billing period. Unused credits do not roll over, have no cash value and are not transferable unless GONSAlive AI explicitly states otherwise.

Customers may cancel at any time through “Manage billing” on the Plans & billing page or by contacting contact@gonsalive.com. Unless otherwise displayed during cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access remains available until then. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, and GONSAlive AI does not provide prorated refunds for unused time or unused credits, except where required by applicable law or when GONSAlive AI expressly approves an exception. Customers should contact contact@gonsalive.com regarding duplicate charges, incorrect charges or technical billing problems.

Upgrades may take effect immediately with the amount due clearly displayed before confirmation. Scheduled downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Access to paid features may be suspended or returned to the Free plan when a subscription is unpaid, canceled or no longer active.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future periods.

You agree not to use GONSAlive AI to:

• Break the law or infringe someone else's rights, including copyright.
• Generate harmful, deceptive, hateful or sexually exploitative material.
• Attempt to bypass credits, rate limits, authentication or other technical controls.
• Resell raw model access or scrape the service in an automated way.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or place it at risk.

You keep ownership of what you submit and, as between you and us, of the outputs you generate. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display your content in order to operate the service. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you publish or rely on them.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. AI output can be inaccurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific results, or that the service will meet your requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
